- Facetime and Zoom are also methods used to discuss your project. and provide an estimate.

- By taking pics and videos or using facetime or zoom to view and understand your project clearly it really saves a lot of time and hassle for everyone compared to the days of scheduling time to come see the project to provide an estimate, especially for smaller home services such as handyman work.

Text is the preferred method of communication because I'm often busy and cant take or return a call. I can easily reply to a text without it disrupting whatever task I'm on at that time. The more information you provide in your text the better I can serve you. Name, address, project description, product name and model number, and any additional details you feel are relavant.
Phone calls are welcome if text is not an option for you.
How Billing Works
Small Projects
Most small projects are billed with a minimum service charge that includes travel and the first hour of labor. Additional time is billed in 30-minute increments. 135.00 minimum for any project.
Larger Projects
When possible, larger jobs are quoted at a fixed price so you'll know the total cost before work begins.
Materials
If materials are needed, they'll be discussed with you before your scheduled time slot. In most cases YOU will pay for materials over the phone to home depot, online at homedepot.com or with a home depot gift card that you purchase. Home depot has everything needed for most home services. I have no affiliation with home depot other than a supplier.
Service Area
Service area is a 25 mile radius around Corvallis.
There is no travel charge for jobs within 10 miles of my office in Corvallis. If travel outside this area is required, billing begins once I'm 10 miles from my office.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
- $135 minimum service charge (includes travel within 10 miles and the first hour of labor)
- $90/hour after the first hour, billed in 30-minute increments
- Free estimates for projects expected to take more than about two hours
- Fixed-price quotes whenever the scope is clear
- No travel charge within 10 miles of Corvallis
- Payment due upon completion for most jobs
- 50% deposit only for larger projects requiring significant scheduled time
